Author Guidelines

Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by the registration form and also by a proof of the registration fee payment. All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.

Follow these steps when submitting your camera-ready paper:

  1. Format your camera-ready paper for proceedings manuscripts according to the guidelines below. Here are the templates:

  2. Rename your camera-ready paper to the name of the first author (e.g. hans_hansson.pdf) and send it by e-mail to the PC chair hans.hansson@mdh.se before July 1.

  3. Sign the copyright form (CopyrightForm.doc, CopyrightForm.pdf) and fax it to Harriet Ekwall at +46 21 103110.

Electronic submission

The working language of the conference is English. Submissions should be formatted as follows: First page: title, authors, mailing and e-mail addresses, phone and fax numbers and preferred workshop topic. Second and succeeding pages: Paper manuscript limited to 20 pages (at least 1-½ spaced, in a font no smaller than 11-point).

>>> SUBMISSION CLOSED <<<

If you have any problems with the electronic submission, please send a copy of your paper by e-mail to damir.isovic@mdh.se. Please provide your mailing address, phone and fax numbers and indicate if you are a PC member or not.

A special Work in Progress (WIP) session will be organized. This session is mainly intended for presentation of on-going work. Accepted papers will not be included in the workshop proceedings, instead they will be published through the WWW and in specific WIP proceedings. Submissions in the above areas should be sent in the IEEE double column format (not exceeding 4 pages) by e-mail to one of the WIP Session Co-Chairmen.
