The First International Workshop on Dependable and Secure Industrial and Embedded Systems (WORDS) is intended to be a meeting point for researchers and practitioners in the area of dependable and secure software-intensive industrial and embedded systems, enabling the participants to present early results as well as to receive knowledge of the state of the art in the area.
