  1. How can I participate in the EUROWEB+ project?
  2. First of all, you should be eligible for participation or your efforts will be in vain.
    Secondly, you need to register in the online system and after that fill in the application form.
  3. Am I eligible for participation in the EUROWEB+ project?
  4. Please check the EUROWEB+ project home page.
  5. How do I register into the online system?
  6. You need to select "Register" from the menu.
    Then, you have to fill in various personal details.
    Upon a successful registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please be patient, as the e-mail may take some time to arrive.
    Finally, you need to click on the confirmation link from the e-mail in order to activate your account.
  7. How do I submit my application?
  8. You need to select "Application form" from the menu after logging in.
    Then, you have to fill in various details on your application:
    Home institution
    The institution where you obtained your degree. For example, if you are a student at LUMS and want to apply for studies at Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, then you need to select "Group 1 - From a Partner Institution" and after that select LUMS from the drop-down box.
    Application mobility as
    You need to state how are you going to participate in the moblity - as an undergraduate student, a master, phd, etc.
    Mobility period
    The number of months that you want to study abroad - depending on your "application mobility" there are different constraints on minimum/maximum period.
    Starting from
    States your preference on when to start the mobility.
    Current program details
    Details about the current programme in which you study.
    You also need to upload several pdf documents in your application.
    "Transcript of records"
    Upload a pdf file with your current records/grades.
    Official Transcript of Diploma or Degree:
    Proof of graduation from university (certified),for instance Bachelor, Master and/or PhD. If no diploma has been issued, please submit a certified document showing your eligibility for the activity applied for.
    Course Record/Transcript of Records:
    Official stamped and signed document showing the courses and results (grades) of your previous studies. If you submit an Official Transcript of Diploma or Degree and the courses and results are included in that document would be sufficient.
    Other relevant information per mobility type
    Upload one pdf file with one or more of the following documents depending on mobility type:
    Proof of Registration: Official stamped and signed document proving your current registration at your home university. Mandatory if you are registered at a university.
    Official Language Test: Document showing the results from an official language test (TOEFL, IELTS or similar). Please check the requirements of the institution/education programme which you apply to. Note that some institutions have very strict policies concerning this and if you don't submit the required document your application may not be considered.
    CV: Curriculum Vitae i.e. a document that contains a summary or listing of relevant job experience and education, including information about your current occupation/studies.
    Statement of Purpose: A concise essay about your interests and career goals, identified means to achieve them and accomplishments so far towards those goals. We look for a short, crisp and clear Statement of Purpose, of maximum one page.
    Description of research interests: Document showing:
    1. Description of research interests
    2. Intentions for the mobility period and how it fits into your career plan
    3. Which department(s)/research group(s) you are interested in at the Host Institution
    Work Plan: Document showing:
    1. Preliminary work plan and intentions for the mobility period
    2. Name of the department(s)/research group(s) you intend to visit, and the name of a contact person there
    3. Preliminary time for visit
  9. I have a problem with uploading my files
  10. Please, make sure that your files have "pdf" extension and are no more that 3.8MB in size
  11. I don't have all the required documents available to up-load in time for dead-line for Call for Applications. What should I do?
  12. This documentation is necessary to prove that you are eligible and fulfill the specific requirements.
    If you wish to apply you have to make sure that all your documents are in order. An incomplete application will not be considered in the selection process.
    It is important to submit the results from a language proficiency test, if that is required for the programme/institution applied for.
  13. I want to apply for a Master/PhD programme in Europe but I have not finished my qualifying degree yet (Bachelor/Master), can I still apply?
  14. Yes, but you need to state the end date of the current programme in the application form and provide a document showing your estimated date of graduation (which has to be before starting the scholarship).
  15. I have already submitted my application, but I want to change some information. What should I do?
  16. As long as the deadline has not passed, you are allowed to log in the system and change whatever fields you want.
