Abstract

Advances in battery technologies have dramatically increased the energy capacity. However, consideration must still be given regarding the design of wireless systems so that optimum power consumption is achieved. This work focuses on the design and development of wearable wireless biomedical sensor ad-hoc networks optimising the battery life of the network.
