Research interests [ Show full biography ] Quality assurance processes of safety-critical software-intensive systems are an increasing challenge as the complexity of these systems dramatically increases. The use of Architecture Description Languages (ADLs) provide an important basis for automated analysis of architecture design decisions. The key challenge in this project, is to develop a holistic framework around ADLs to ensure that validation and verification steps of the development process allow for greater confidence in both the process, and the final product. We approach this challenge by adapting traditional formal methods to an architectural perspective. |
