Biography Kan Yu started his PhD study in Mälardalen University in October, 2010. He arrived in Sweden in 2008. Before that, he
received his B.Sc. from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China in 2005 and worked in Huawei Tech. Co.
Ltd. and Datang Tele. Co. as an embedded software engineer for three years. In 2010, he received a M.Sc. from Chalmers
University of Technology in commmunication engineering program. Now his research interests are embedded systems and
wireless sensor networks.
