Overview

The goal of FLEXI is to offer means to realise high performance business: From idea to product in six months time. FLEXI project addresses the challenge to reach the goal from three different perspectives: 1. Market shaping innovation: Exploit agility to create an innovative culture and a fast market introduction of innovations 2. Release definition: Realise a flexible market driven product portfolio management 3. Agile product development & integration: Develop new agile development solutions to large, collaborative, multi-site teams of both SME’s and large corporations.
