NEWS: SERPS'09 CANCELLED After the extended deadline SERPS'09 has received in total only 11 papers, eight of which are from MDH. Because of this low number and almost local contribution, we have decided to cancel the conference in the form it was planned. We will however continue with the review process, so you will receive some feedback on your submitted work. We consider organizing instead a local one-day SE workshop at MDH, and invite authors (including those not from MDH) to present their work there. This workshop will be held Nov 3 and have a form of paper presentations and discussions based review comments. The workshop is followed by an Industrial Day (Nov 4), organized together with the reseach school "Management and IT", with seminars, a keynote by Ivar Jacobson and a panel discussion with industrial and academic representatives. CONFERENCE SCOPE The Ninth Conference on Software Engineering Research and Practice in Sweden, SERPS'09, is intended to be a meeting point for researchers and practitioners in the area of software engineering. SERPS'09 makes it possible for researchers and practitioners in Sweden to present early results and receive knowledge of the state of the art of software engineering in Sweden. All results presented at SERPS'09 are copyrighted per their respective author(s), and thus can be published in an international forum later. |
